I tried several years to get a QSL and never got a reply.
Than suddenly I got a nice QSL-letter, photos and stickers from the adress
you mentioned.
Possibly they moved to another adress. On the QSL-letter is a faxnumber: 27
59 59.  You could try to fax a report.
