[HCDX]: RNI QSL

After 6 weeks I received today a QSL from Radio Northsea Int. RSL with a
picture of the heavy red Medo 3 lightship.  The accompanying letter stated
that the 100 Watt transmitter was fed into an inverted L antenna suspended
some 60 feet above deck giving an _estimated_ 1 Watt EMRP.
