[HCDX]: Radio Australia special broadcast

The A.B.C. announced on it's 'World Today' px at 0200 UTC today (20/9/99)
that Radio Australia was using 11550 kHz for its special service to
Indonesia (in EE).
Nothing heard on this freq at this time in Brisbane. I don't think this is
a Kranji freq.
