4895 Radio IPB Campo Grande Brazil with rel.px "A VOZ DE LIBERTACAO" at 0445
UTC, noted SINPO 23232.

4635 Radio Dushanbe Tajikistan at 0015 with Id in E at 0000 "RADIO DUSHANBE"
noted SINPO 33333.
