Why not using a 2-element beam for MW reception, Ruud ?:-)))
I think not everybody will be able to use a longwire-antenna in the right
direction.
If the longwire antenna isn't beaming correctly to the transmitting station
you will have many QRM from other European stations on the same frequency
and beside.
