[HCDX]: UNID 15375 kHz in SS

An UNID Spanish speaking station heard this morning (August 1) between 04-05
UTC on 15375 kHz.
Latin pop songs with sporadic slogans by a man. Poor signal, almost
disappeared after 0500 - maybe it was something worth to mention, maybe not
...  Does anybody know more ?   Thanks.
