[HCDX]: QSL: Allied Voice 1270

I received a no-data letter for a report to Allied Forces Operations on 1270 
kHz. They confirm reception of their station over the Balkan area, but cannot 
supply further details on equipment etc. Also included a patch and info 
material on the division.
