[HCDX]: QSLer retires

Acy Cabral Tieve, one-time verie-signer for Brazilian station R Guaruja,
retired in August 1998... the new director is Mario Silva...

This from Felipe Soute Alves Coelho who lives near the station. Felipe is
going to offer his services as QSL manager for the station... if Sr. Silva
agrees, I'll let you know the outcome...
