[HCDX]: Bhutan QSL

I received a QSL from Bhutan in 1990. This was for a reception in 1989 on
the frequency of 5023.1. They were running 10kw at the time. I sent a
prepared card, and an envelope and $1. This card was signed and stamped by
the station engineer, and was sent direct from the station in Bhutan.
Unfortunately I can't read the name of the station engineer.
