Have someone Norwegian dxer sent me a Big white
envelope without sender on May 19,1999.
The problem is that I receive the envelope with another content. The postal service open the envelope and put other articles addressed to other people. The postal mark is from Norwegian city Trondheim. If you know something let me know,
