[HCDX]: New web address for Pirate Radio Add. Lists

The new web addresses of the Pirate Radio Pages by SRS-D are

http://www.swl.net/swl-de/swl-pir.html  (snail mail addresses)

and

http://www.swl.net/swl-de/swl-pir.html  (internet addresses)

That are the same as the old ones, but now .html instead of .htm
Sorry for the trouble I caused with this change.
