heard around 0210. Not heard at 0215 recheck. Sounded like Russian talk
by man, some music. Then, on the next night, 10 May, heard signing on at
0130 with IS twice and Russian ID by man. Many talk features and at
least one song. Fair. Don't recall ever hearing this on the east coast
