[HCDX]: DX TIP FOR WDXR

1610 KHZ - TIS - CA, ORICK, apparently moved transmitter from town of
Orick to Humboldt Park 3 miles South, as station was on this time while
passing through 5/24 at 0050 EST running messages on the park with
camping available in Orick, Klamath, and Crescent City. Signal could
still be heard on car radio (Dodge) at least 5-7 miles from transmitter,
so DX on this might be possible. Presume 10w (PM-CA)
