RE: [HCDX]: 940 without CBM

At 9 pm on May 19, I heard an ID on the second station on 940. 1 kw WADV
Lebanon, PA, was lost in the jumble a half-hour earleir. A clear ID,
10kw WKGM Virginia Beach. It's actually in Smithfield, northwest of
Virginia Beach, according to FCC records.

Lowe HF-150, best on the 300' inverted-L, poor on the 80' vertical wire.
No problem getting around WPEN-950 Philadelphia.
