No radio stations seem to be on the air in Serbia after the electricity
breakdown at around 1930 UTC caused by NATO bombing.

Radio Novi Sad (1107 kHz) relays Radio Zrenjanin (Vojvodina). Continuous pop
instrumentals with occasional announcements saying that there is no water
nor gas available in the city at the moment. The systems will be open from
11:30 pm to 12:30 am and from 5:30 am to 7:00 am.

Radio Crne Gore on 1503 kHz is on the air.
