Thanks for the tip.  I had too much coffee late in the evening and went to
bed.  Got the call at just the right time.  Caught Tanzania but with female
announcer and seemed I heard the N. A. at 0615, 27 Apr after an advert and
then to
swahili.  Fair at best copy as well.  I have not heard Tanzania in some
time.  Appreciate the tip.  Thanks.
