[HCDX]: Yugoslavian tx after bombing

While the international service of Radio Yugoslavia seems to be completely
of the air, it is now possible to hear R. Tirana, Cerrik, on 6100 kHz with a
special programme 'minut na minut, emision especial na Radio Tirana' with a
lot of message about people searching each other. (heard at 1830)

Radio Yugoslavia's transmitter in Bijeljina, Bosnia is of the air, but it is
more likely that it is switched off because no programmes can be deliver,
than that it was damaged.

>From Serbia 648 and 7200 are still (back ?) on the air.
