you are right. Albania is on 7110 kHz, but in the evening acc. to WRTH.

Nothing found abt. 7110 kHz in the morning. I checked Cumbre, DXWindow,
Hard-Core, WRTH, and the frequency.

Today - April, 16 - I will have a look at both QRGs.

So I did, it is 0755 UTC. 7110 kHz is on-the-air, and 14220 kHz, too. But the
fact is ... 14220 kHz is in the ham-radio-band.
