Radio Bleue fq's sign off very early, at 1900Z I think. Polskie Radio and
Ekho Moskvy are gone, so Israel is dominating on this fq here, too.
Sometimes I have heard a weak Yugoslavian under it, but it's Rodriguez
Island that I'm looking for!
