[HCDX]: Easter Logs

Hi All

Some loggings from Marahau, (near Nelson), New Zealand over
the Easter holidays:

Zambia: Radio 1, 6265 kHz, 04:43 UTC, 3/4/1999. Local language
music programming, with some ads - "power steering", "automatic
transmission" and "airbags" don't seem to get translated! Now,
if only I can work out who the dealer was ;-). Good interval
signal, id & nx at 05:00 UTC


Unid 10MHz: This may have been overloading of my receiver
but I'm not sure (it was a Drake SPR-4...), but around
04:00 UTC I was noting a lot of Latin American sounding
music interfering with WWV/WWVH on 10MHz. I haven't had
time to go through my tapes yet to see if this was
"finger trouble" or not. Did anyone else hear this?
Was this RHC with a problem or two?

Radio Free London: tentative reception of Radio Free London
on 5805 kHz, 05:42 UTC. 4/4/1999. DJ Eric May presenting
"That was the year that was" (or similar) music hits program
from the days of my youth ;-). No firm id heard at the time,
but I reckon its on that tape somewhere....

??????: brief piece of Italian instrumental music heard
on 11390 kHz USB, 07:58 UTC 5 April 1999. Was this R Marconi
International? Anyone got any ideas?
