WHKT just QSL'd my report for their test signal with a p/d letter (freq.
only) for a report I sent about 45 days ago. v/s was Susan Ervin, Ass't.
Mgr. Said they will commence regular programming on or around Apr. 1st. It
will be sports, news and talk with some ministry programs on the weekend.
Will be known as "The Big Kat".

Their letterhead says they are The Chesapeake-Portsmouth Broadcasting Corp.,
2202 Jolliff Rd.,  Chesapeake, VA 23321. Phone (757) 488-1010.
