[HCDX]: Addresses

Hola a todos:
This morning I tried 15170 kHz to try Taití (as some postings 
suggest), but I could´n hear anything positive. Some DXers claim to 
listen to the only signal of WYFR, and others RFO Tahití. Here in 
South Spain, today (04apr) I didn't hear anything but a very faint 
signal in the bottom but not enough to determine the origin of that 
signal. Anyway, if WYFR is transmitting a French programme at 
that time (I was trying from 05:58 to 07:03 UTC) aimed to South 
Europe and North Africa, as some DXers maintain, they are 
wasting money, because it can't be heard from here!!!!. Perhaps 
they are transmitting a service for the Caribbean from Florida. (only 
with 100 kW!).

I will keep trying this frequency!

On the other hand, any of you knows the addresses for:
-LRA36 Radio Arcángel San Gabriel (ANT)
-B92 (Special transmission on SW). ¿Must I send some graphic 
materials directly to Serbia or at any other office?.
