[HCDX]: Voice of the Mediterranean on strange freq.

Does anybody have a frequency list for VoM - Malta ?  I heard them today
from around 1945 UTC on 11410 kHz in English.  Looks like it is not their
official frequency.  At 2200 UTC they announced a frequency list in
Arabic...  Another strange thing is that I heard another weak station on the
same channel.  Is this a spurious products from their regular transmission
on 12060 kHz from a CIS-transmitter ?
