Dear friends
I do not see anything sinister in the Email received from Elena Frolovskaya.
Perhaps I have missed the point.  But I have corresponded with Elena for a
number of years from time to time, and believe her to be a friendly "normal"
person who has worked in the letters department for some time.

I understand that the Vo Russia uses E mail as much as possible nowadays,
because postage is so expensive.

I would imagine that Elena was simply trying to canvas some external views
on the current events.
