[HCDX]: B92 & HAARP

It was very strong here in Germany from 0700 UTC. Also when I checked again at
0800, 1000 & 1545 UTC.

HAARP:
<<< The test on 6.99 MHz was quiet audible and I was able to copy the CW
message
 at 0714 UTC.   Nothing was heard of the 3.39 MHz Test<<<<

same here; yesterday the signal was too weak for getting a readable signal
when using a simple 15m wire antenna.
