[HCDX]: HAARP Experiment

This mornings HAARP experiment was heard this morning here in South Wales.

The test on 6.99 MHz was quiet audible and I was able to copy the CW message
at 0714 UTC.   Nothing was heard of the 3.39 MHz Test
