[HCDX]: SWRS ?

Hi all,

yesterday on 3.935 AM at 19.16 UTC I have listened a transmission that it
could be SWRS. 
The signal was truly strong even if the modulation was low.
There is someone that has listened to this transmission and can give me
confirmation?
