[HCDX]: 15475.3, Radio Australia and NZ

Hola a todos:
I heard this morning the following station:
15475.3 kHz. Station in arab with a distorted audio. Signal is not 
bad, here in South Spain, coming from the path East-West (as my 
DX Ultra antenna informs me), but audio is poor and depending on 
the days (shows a faulty Txer). I don't arrive to get the ID when 
aired. Any info about it?.

On the other hand, I heard that QSLing Radio Australia was not as 
easy as send reports to Central address. As far as I know, Mr Bob 
Padula acted as a QSL manager (not sure about this!). Any clue to 
send a report?.

In you are one of the magicians to hear a NZ MW station in Europe 
(impossible for me until now), is good to know that Radio Sports 
558 kHz broadcasts in //17675 (heard at 00:30 on 14mar99) with 
full ID: "Radio Sports, call us for frequencies across the country".
