Asia (excl. FE Russia) = 90 yen (about US$0.75)
Pacific, Europe (incl. FE Russia), N+C Americas, Middle East = 110 yen
(US$0.92)
Africa & S America = 130 yen (US$1.08)
I will take IRCs or US$, or personal checks on a U.S. bank.
