SV: [HCDX]: QSL (NHK veries)

Some NHK domestic stations do not verify reports, and I received a letter somewhat similar to Paul's when I heard the Fukuoka NHK stations on 612 and 1017 a couple of years ago.  One report to Nagoya (JOCK 729) was left unanswered.  I eventually obtained proper verification from NHK Radio Japan, but I was given the impression that this was an exception of rules, and a later report for the Nagoya station was not attended to.

NHK Radio Japan encourages reports for their foreign services, and I have sent a few reports to them the last year to "soften them up" so to speak for another domestic report... evidently without results.

One other aspect with reporting domestic NHK stations is that, at least in Scandinavia, we only use the local ID times for logging and reporting.  This is when the station identifies with network, location and station call letters.
