[HCDX]: IRCs, Dollars and stamps...

Thanks to everybody who replied to my question regarding the address of
Winter Monges!

I would like to announce a service I want to add to my new website, which
will start in a few weeks. You will remember the discussion about IRCs and
Dollars for return postage. IRCs are quite expensive, Dollars are forbidden
to include to letters in some countries, and might be used for other
purposes than sending QSLs (G).

So new stamps from the country of interest are a good idea, but hard to get.

DXer will be able to publish the postal rates of their own country on my
website. So you will know what stamps are needed for return postage. This
info should be typed to a fill out-form rather than sending single emails
to me.

Additionally you may offer those stamps to fellow DXers, and, of course,
you may tell others, what stamps you are looking for. You may publish your
email address on my page to get in contact with others. No financial
interest should be involved at any stage.

Well, that is the basic idea. If you have any suggestions or comments,
please let me know.
