RE: [HCDX]: R.Liberia Int'l

Since this question came up a few days ago, I've been listening to Radio
Libera just above 5100 (the HF-150 resolves to 1 kHz) with fair to good
signals in English and vernaculars. I hear it from 21 UT or so (about 2
hours before local sunset in New Jersey) to s/off at 2400 UTC. USB is
required to stay away from utility signals on the LSB. I haven't heard
anything in parallel these days on 6100 kHz. (HF-150, 80-ft vertical
wire)

Both frequencies have been logged in the past. In 12/98, to be more
precise.
