[HCDX]: R.Tampa English ID ?

A few days ago, I heard a station that was (apparently) broadcasting in
Japanese around 22.50 UTC on 9595 kHz (In fact I was looking for R. Monte
Carlo URG). A few moments later I heard a piece of an English ID as 'This is
the Voice of &@%$".  Has anybody an idea if this is really radio Tampa ?  I
can send a ra file if that could be of any help.
