You can find a current IBB broadcast schedule by FREQUENCY here:

and by LANGUAGE here:
http://sds.his.com:4000/fmds_w/schedules/langsked.txt
It's updated DAILY so it should be pretty accurate.
It includes the following broadcasters: VOA, RFE, RL and Radio Marti.
