[HCDX]: REVISED DXing with Cumbre schedule

Hello, everyone.  Since I put up a schedule the other day, there have
been more changes to the Cumbre schedule, since World Harvest Radio
has had to make adjustments for new programs.  Here is the newest
Cumbre schedule, which went into effect at 0500 on 6 February 1999.


Frequencies are in kHz; times are UTC.
