Hello again,

Emisora Ciudad de Montevideo can be heard again. There is some co-channel
interference by AIR, however the Uruguayan was dominating, when I used
USB-mode.

Now the logging in detail:

9650, Emisora Ciudad de Montevideo; Feb 4, 2205-2305, Spanish, lottery and
numbers of tombola prizes, advertisement ("Banca Crédito"), report about
carnival ("Radio en Carnaval"), QRM All India Radio.  SINPO  22432
