WLAC has been very strong recently in the Kansas City area, which is
generally toward the northwest of the station.  Being that it's winter,
all of those big 50,000-watt regional stations are audible most of the
day.  I can hear WMAQ, WGN, WCCO, KOA et al, well into the day.  I can
sometimes even hear KOMA over the 2x harmonic of KCCV and splatter from
KCTE 1510, a local.
