out, woman ancr in half Filipino & EE, "DZEC" mentioned several times,
anmts about upcoming events in Makati at 1230 UTC 1/27/99. (PM-OR)

Also usual Japanese in on 567, 594, 693, 729 khz. Best CX heard in a
while for Asians.
Tryed a different exiperiment tonight by phasing the 1500 foot Eastern
Beverage with a 40 foot vertical to hear 1062 khz. Interesting what the
ANC 4 will do.
Using a Drake R8 receiver.
