anthem and local ID at 2327; Indian music and local ID again at 2330
followed by news.  SINPO  45434

If you want to hear a local ID from AIR Port Blair, I can recommend
listening to the station signing on at 2325 hours UTC. The station
announcement is in Hindi, however the name of the Andaman Islands capital
Port Blair was clearly to understand.


PERU

6797.7, Ondas del Rio Mayo; Nueva Cajamarca, January 23, 2340-0005, Spanish,
romantic music of the Andes; the speaker said: "Alegría y armonía, canciones
por el corazón..."  SINPO  34423

6479.7, Radio Altura; Huarmaca, January 24, 0005-0025, Spanish, huayño
music.  SINPO  23422

6725.6, Radio Satélite; Santa Cruz, January 24, 0025-0045, Spanish, mensajes
y comunicados.  SINPO  44434

Normally Radio Satélite is no thing of special interest. This station is
coming in here in central Europe almost every night. I only may use the
opportunity to take a look at the so called mensajes or comunicados. The
station yesterday mentioned a lot of locations
in the whole north of Perú. The messages were directed to listeneres in
Chiclayo as well as in Moyobamba, Chota, Bagua Grande, Cochabamba (not the
Bolivian one!), Santa Cruz area naturally and others. Obviously Radio
Satélite has a great audience in several departments of northern Perú.
