[HCDX]: ADMIN: Hard-Core-DX commitment

Every now and then there has been questions about Hard-Core-DX's future, how to finance it, what services it should contain etc. And now when EDXP has decided to collect subscriber fees I just wanted to make a statement about my policy with Hard-Core-DX: 

	HARD-CORE-DX is FREE and will remain FREE

Btw, I have some plans for new Hard-Core-DX services:
- in next few months I might change my provider, and have ADSL dedicated line
- Once my servers are online 7/24 (they almost are already, heh) there will be some WWW-based services as well (few ideas: online log database, World Radio Database "Online WRTH")
- Continue improving News2Mail service
- offer email lists for various DX-purposes

If you are interested in helping any projects that you think would benefit Hard-Core-DX community please email me and we can look together how we could make your ideas work.
