[HCDX]: KFLS-1450-SPUR

1325 khz - KFLS- OR, KLAMATH FALLS, is putting out a distorted spur on
1325 khz. Their  freq. is 1450 khz. This is being heard fairly stable
here in Seaside, OR, about 300+ miles away. Apparently TX trouble,
probably with the crystral.
