I tried the frequency last night and had a very unstable carrier
humming around at 1128.6 kHz but I wasn't able to get any 
modulation out of it. The signal peaked from direction SE. I 
wonder if it could be Syria. At least a 200 kW txer is listed with 
program #2 (so not // 830-833v) to be aired 0400-1600 UTC.
