[HCDX]: re unids

re my unid arab on 4838/4841.7 kHz. Seems to be MTN.

Jan/13 at 1900 similar programming now exactly 4845 and
then Jan/14 already at 0610 on 4845 and this time at 0630
clear arabic id for Mauritania. Signing off at 0700. So it seems
their tx was drifting for couple of days. I haven't heard them here
on 4845 for a long time, possibly tx was low power/low modulation 
or highly irregular. Even now the s/off times differ from those listed.
