[HCDX]: Another Chinese stn silent?

Hi all,

this year I do not hear Gansu PBS on 4865 kHz anymore.
It seems to be a second silent station from China in a course of short time
after Xinjiang PBS left 4735 kHz in early December 98.
Does anybody know more?
