13710 IBB Tinian Is, 0900, very good signal in English with test program
from VOA. No sign of reported // 6095 and at 0930 no sign of either 7295 or

11690  FEBA 0315 good signal in Farsi over Voz Cristiana (which was much
stronger on 15375). FEBA heard till abruptly off 0330. Ormandy Jan 1
