DEC 25 1240 EST / 1740z - W H K T in Portsmouth, VA is back on playing
exactly the same instrumental mx as a week and a half ago. Still no ID
noted but just turned them on about 5 minutes ago. Trying to get some
of the antennas up and working again after a serious ice storm here
yesterday. They're 30/S9 at the moment about 100 miles north of their
transmitter location.
