WHKT - 1650 kHz Portsmouth, VA which has been testing with non-stop
music since late last week is currently off. First noted off at 0010
EST/0510z this morning and currently at 0930 EST/1430z they are still
off. However, what is likely the new station in Princeton, NJ on 1680
kHz which has not been on for several days is on right now with a
open carrier - 5/S9 signal here with WJNZ Ada, MI weakly noted behind.
