[HCDX]: Malaysia Sarawak

Can someone (in SE Asia) kindly tell me about current short wave activity
from Eastern Malaysia (Malaysia Sarawak). 

WRTH 99 still list a lot of frequencies out of which I believe most are
inactive ???

However some days ago I heard an unid. station on 4895 at 1400 UTC but with
strong interference from a Russian station on the same channel. Is that
Sarawak?
