[HCDX]: New tests for Democratic Voice of Burma

Democratic Voice of Burma will be testing again from Palau beginning
Monday, December 21 to Friday, December 25, 1998 from 13.15 to 14.00 UTC
on the frequency of 9.985 kHz. This will run for five consecutive nights
in this time period.
