Was programming or Mayak or some other chain or was it a private station?
If it was Mayak programming, I'd bet that one of the Mayak transmitters in
Belarus is on 24 hrs a day.
Last year I saw a report of a low-power station called "R Salyut" in Omsk
being on this fq but I have never heard it.
